Each issue is made in the morning in English. You get it at the hour you set, in the language you choose, and only once.

Subscribe at https://observatory.mgorsky.net/subscribe/. We send one email to confirm the address; nothing arrives until you follow its link. The address is used only to send what you chose, and every issue carries a link to change or stop.

- **Dispatches from Others** (Sun–Fri, from 08:30): Official news, as each government tells its own people: under each of a few themes, one headline from the state media of North Korea, Eritrea or Iran, and Russia.
